The Company & Organisation

BehaviourOnline.com is the evolution of over a decade of behaviour products developed & delivered by Behaviour UK Ltd. Operating from the UK, the organisation comprises numerous personnel & talented team members including: in-house content development staff, programmers, audio & video production, graphic & digital artists, customer service & commercial development.

It all began in the 1990s with David Allaway BA, Cert Ed; Grad dip (Ed Couns.), a former Head of Year, Housemaster and Senior Master who had taught in both Australia and the UK and who had dealt with behaviour issues in school on a day-to-day basis. He adapted his counselling & psychology skills to develop printable materials to use with pupils.

Later in 1998, over a pub lunch, the founders, David Allaway and colleagues discussed their plans to combine behaviour education with multimedia and IT.
